Purpose: This Dissolution Mandate orders the controlled sequester, verification, and phased dissolution of specified digital, cloud, and AI model inference assets to preserve provenance, prevent tampering, and enable a secure rebuild under regulatory and compliance oversight.
Scope: Applies to all systems, API keys, Claude inference sessions, enclave storage, and forensic logs identified in Appendix A and the Asset Disposition Schedule. The mandate governs operational actions across the United States, United Kingdom, and the Ireland verification node. This variant specifically extends scope to Anthropic PBC API tenancy, model inference logs, and dual-authorship forensic session records produced under the Albert Lane Proprietary Software License.
Operative Principles:
Expected Outcome: Secure sequester of evidence, verified chain continuity, model provenance records preserved, and a controlled rebuild with AML monitoring and legal oversight.
Authority Basis: This mandate is issued under the authority of the parties and the legal and regulatory instruments listed below. Regulatory case numbers are cited as supporting evidentiary references and do not constitute agency authorization of this mandate.
Legal Effect: All personnel and contractors operating under agreements with Albert Lane or ARAOST™ / Sovereign Audits™ must comply with this mandate to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any conflicts between this mandate and binding law must be escalated to Legal for immediate resolution.
Order: All final data-integrity attestations, authoritative command confirmations, and cryptographic non-repudiation signings shall be executed by the Robot Ed25519 key. Human operators prepare artifacts and submit signing requests; legal execution authority resides with the human signatories on the Signatory Page. Ed25519 signing constitutes cryptographic non-repudiation of data, not independent legal execution.
Verification: Robot attestation hash, signed log entry, chain snapshot.
Order: All Claude conversation logs, prompt transcripts, API session metadata, dual-authorship forensic records, and any artifacts produced under the Albert Lane Proprietary Software License within Anthropic-hosted systems shall be preserved in immutable storage in Enclaves V1–V2 prior to any cloud or API dissolution activity. Model provenance records are primary forensic evidence and must not be modified, overwritten, or deleted after receipt of this mandate.
Verification: Evidence manifest with session IDs, storage confirmation, Robot attestation, Categroup Protocol chain entry.
Order: Immediately sequester Anthropic API workspaces, organizational account credentials, API key sets, prompt caches, and organizational enclaves. Execute controlled dissolution per the Asset Disposition Schedule only after preservation verification is confirmed by Robot attestation. No dissolution action shall precede a confirmed evidence manifest for this variant.
Verification: Sequester manifest, API revocation logs, storage confirmation, Robot attestation.
Order: Immediately sequester all identified assets and evidence into V1-V8 enclave storage. Maintain chain snapshots and immutable logs for each sequester action.
Verification: Sequester manifest, storage confirmation, Robot attestation.
Order: Maintain AML monitoring, SAR/CTR readiness, and transaction surveillance throughout rebuild phases. File required reports promptly when thresholds are met.
Verification: AML alerts, SAR/CTR filings, compliance sign-off.
Order: Maintain parallel operations in the US and UK with Ireland as verification and resync node. All cross-node resyncs validated by verify_chain procedures.
Verification: Cross-node sync logs, verify_chain report, Robot attestation.
