Instructions for use: Complete one row per daily log cycle. All fields are mandatory. Absent or unavailable values must be recorded as an absence finding (AF) — not left blank. Robot attestation hash must be computed and entered for each log entry. Submit weekly summary to distribution list every Monday by 09:00 PDT.

Chain Break Protocol
In the event of a chain break (Chain Status = BREAK):
- Halt all rebuild activities immediately
- Notify Albert Lane and Legal within 1 hour
- Notify Ireland node for independent verification
- Document the break in this log with full details
- Do not resume operations until verify_chain confirms integrity
- File AML notification if chain break is related to financial records
Chain Status Codes

| CHAIN-OK | All snapshots verified; no anomalies detected | Continue normal operations; log entry complete |
| CHAIN-BREAK | Snapshot mismatch, missing hash, or integrity failure detected | Halt operations; invoke chain break protocol |
| INITIAL | First log entry; baseline being established | Complete baseline setup per 0–7 day checklist |
| AF | Absence Finding — element not available or not confirmed | Document; continue; do not omit |
